wow its been a very long time since I did one of these articles. Anyway I am very sorry for the long wait since the last issue, a lot of problems have happened since that article. I won't bore you with the detail but do know that I have definitely not been sitting on my rear all this time twiddling my thumbs.
anyway normals rules
I do 100 stamps every article
but if your stamp is featured, and you arent notified until the next day its because the spam limit is evil and it hates me
at the end of the feature you will find my rules for suggestions
and a list of all my articles so far
some people may be featured multiple times, I don't do it on purpose infact I don't even look to see whose stamp it is, I just look at the stamp.

RULES FOR SUGGESTING
If you wish to make a suggestion for a feature please follow these rules
you cannot suggest your own stamp
if there is writing on the stamp, it has to be readable
oh and it has to be a stamp sized, I dont accept over sized stamps, I don't mind if they are have something out of the stamp border, but I like smaller stamps
If I feel that I have reason to deny a stamp a feature I will of course give a reason
